Groepsanalyse
Het thema volgens de groepsanalyse van calc-m is: de angst dat anderen zullen zien dat ze veel behoefte aan aandacht en zorg hebben. Het eerste deel van dit thema komt overeen met calc: wat zullen anderen van mij denken. Maar bij calc-m is deze angst vooral gericht op aandacht en zorg. Ze zijn bang te veel aandacht en koestering te vragen, te afhankelijk over te komen. En dat ze daarom bekritiseerd zullen worden.
Een tweede variant is dat ze bang zijn teveel of te weinig aandacht en zorg te geven. Vooral als moeder aan hun kinderen. Ze zijn bang hun kinderen te verwennen, of te verwaarlozen. En de angst is vooral dat ze door dat te doen de afwijzing van anderen op zich laden. Het is een thema dat gemakkelijk van moeder op kind doorgegeven kan worden. De moeder is erg onzeker over de verzorging van haar kind. Het kind krijgt te weinig en gaat zeuren. Het wil meer aandacht en koestering. Enerzijds wil de moeder dit wel, maar ze is bang dat ze het kind gaat verwennen. En wat zullen de buren en anderen daar wel niet van zeggen. Ze raakt kwaad op het kind, en stuurt het weg “je moet niet zo zeuren”. En zo raakt het kind onzeker over zijn gevoelens van behoefte aan aandacht en zorg.
Casus
Een vrouw van 30 komt met diverse klachten. Haar eerste klacht is een zonne-uitslag op de borst en armen. Vooral in het voorjaar is ze daar gevoelig voor. Er komen dan kleine rode, erg jeukende bultjes. Deze klacht bestaat sinds de geboorte van haar eerste kind. Een tweede klacht is hoofdpijn in het voorhoofd, samengaand met verkoudheid. Er is dan druk op de ogen, en een waterige neusloop. Soms treedt er een pijn in de bovenkaak op, meestal links. Deze klachten zijn er sinds haar tweede zwangerschap, toen ze een voorhoofdsholte- ontsteking heeft gehad. Ze is er moe van. Ook is ze er erg humeurig en ongeduldig onder. Ze kan dan weinig hebben van haar kinderen. Bovendien is ze dan duf, in een zombie-achtige toestand. Deze klachten zijn erger in de winter, alhoewel het weer er niet direct invloed op heeft. Een derde klacht is jeuk aan de vagina en schaamlippen. Er is weinig afscheiding. De klacht is erger voor de menses. Een vierde klacht is obstipatie. De ontlasting is hard, dik en donker. Ze komt moeizaam, vooral in de middag van 16 tot 21 uur geeft het problemen. Ze kan er dan buikkrampen van krijgen, vooral links in de onderbuik. Een vijfde klacht is rugpijn. Deze bestaat twee jaar, begon 2 jaar na de geboorte van haar tweede kind. Het was vlak voor een verhuizing, waarvoor ze veel gesjouwd heeft. Ze heeft toen in een droge koude wind gestaan. Het begon met een ischias, pijn op de sacro-iliacale gewrichten. ook pijn in het stuitje. De pijn trok door naar het rechter been en de kuit, een krampende trekkende pijn, vooral de laterale pees in de knieholte deed erg veel pijn. Ze kon er alleen mee zitten, liggen maakte de klachten erger. De modaliteiten zijn wel eens wisselend, liggen, been buigen, been strekken, gaan verzitten. Soms kramp in de tenen en voetzolen erbij. Ze heeft de neiging dik te worden, komt snel aan. Ze heeft erg last van pijnlijk gespannen borsten, ook wat opgezet. Dit kan soms voor de menses zijn, maar soms is het er ook gedurende enkele weken zonder enig verband met de menses. Voorgeschiedenis: Erge bof gehad. Wagenziekte.
Algemene kenmerken:
Temperatuur: kouwelijk, koude handen en voeten. Van koude voeten krijgt ze zere knieën. Ze wordt somber van somber weer.
Zweet: ‘s nachts vrij vaak, op de rug, borst en oksels.
Tijd: < 15 uur. Ochtendhumeur soms. Voorkeuren: zoet (3), snoep (3), chocolade (2), druiven (3), koffie, roken. Afkeer: kool, bonen (2). Menses: vrij frequent, vaak om de 14 dagen, en vrij veel, alleen overdag. Humeurig een dag voor de menses. Slaap: onverkwikt. Op de rechter zij. Psychisch: Ze maakt zich snel zorgen om haar man en kinderen. Als haar man te laat thuis komt is ze erg bezorgd, zodat ze dus afgesproken hebben dat hij belt als hij later thuis komt. Zo is ze bang dat haar kinderen van de trap zullen vallen. Ook in de dromen komen de zorgen terug. Ze droomt dat ze haar kinderen uit het water moet redden. Ze heeft veel behoefte aan aandacht. Haar ouders en vooral haar moeder hadden het erg druk met hun zaak. Voor de kinderen bleef er weinig tijd over. Ze heeft het gevoel veel aandacht te kort te zijn gekomen. Ze vindt zichzelf vaak zielig en misdeeld. Ook nu nog heeft ze vaak het gevoel dat haar moeder haar te weinig helpt. Haar moeder staat wel meteen bij haar zussen op de stoep als er een geboorte of ziekte is, maar niet bij haar. Iedereen denkt van haar "zij redt zich wel", al van jongs af aan. Ze durft de hulp moeilijk te vragen. Ze vindt, dat ze het zelf moet kunnen. De stemming kan hierbij ook erg wisselen. Ze kan weinig hebben, is kattig naar de kinderen, kortaf. Ze heeft de neiging dan te gaan huilen, maar wil dat niet, en gaat veel slikken en zuchten. Bang voor insecten, met name spinnen. Ze is ook bang om auto te rijden en een ongeluk te maken. Ze kan niet tegen kritiek. Dan krijgt ze een reactie van "doe het zelf maar". Ze werkt hard, vindt dat ze wat moet doen. Ze heeft een goed huwelijk. Er is wel het probleem geweest, dat haar man te hard en te lang werkte. Hij was vaak hele avonden nog bezig en zelfs in het weekend. Soms voelde ze zich dan alleen nog een huishoudster voor haar man. Het probleem van te weinig aandacht krijgen ging dan weer spelen. Analyse Het heeft drie jaar geduurd voor ik tot de conclusie kwam, dat deze patiënte calc-m moest hebben. Gedurende die drie jaar kreeg ze diverse middelen: lyc, sep, tub, lac-c, cimic, graph, calc, calc-s, am-m. Deze middelen hadden alleen tijdelijk of geen succes. Alleen graphites heeft een blijvend positieve invloed gehad. Daarmee verminderde haar labiliteit. De klachten waren daarna iets vaker links in plaats van rechts. Toch bleven haar klachten gewoon doorgaan. Graphites was dus een laag, maar er moest nog een middel zijn. Dat graph een complement is van veel middelen is al in het hoofdstuk over graphites besproken. Reactie Na calc-m M kreeg ze eerst een heftige verkoudheid met geelgroen en bruin slijm. Daarbij verdween haar hoofdpijn. Vervolgens kwamen alle oude klachten één voor één terug en verdwenen weer: de opgezette borsten, de rugpijn en de obstipatie. Na 2 maanden voelde ze zich weer de oude, lekker in haar vel. Ook haar overgewicht verdween, zonder veel moeite. Na 3 maanden was nog een herhaling calc-m M nodig wegens terugkomende moeheid na drukte.

Rhenium was named after the river Rhine. It was discovered in 1925 and its chemical symbol is Re.
Rhenium is a rare metal. It is used in electric switches and electronic thermometers. It is very heat resistant, hence its use in heat wires and thermocouples. Jewellry is often coated with a thin layer of Rhenium, because it has a nice silvery sheen.
